Because after defeat in World War II Japan start thinking "How to to escape from the crisis after defeated ?". From that condition Japan build the human resources. Who can smart and can competitive in the world. Then was born the industry-industry and also the electronic industry like a SONY, HONDA, TOYOTA, TOSHIBA, etc. Today Japan become a the nation that advanced in the technological field.
